What warranties do you provide on your roofing work?
Most full roof replacements include 10–15 year workmanship warranties from Santa Roofing in addition to manufacturer material warranties. During your proposal, we’ll outline exactly what is covered and for how long.
Are you licensed and insured in New Mexico?
Yes. Santa Roofing is fully licensed, bonded, and insured to perform residential and commercial roofing work in New Mexico. Our license and insurance information are available on every proposal and upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. For insurance projects, we coordinate directly with your adjuster and can help you understand deductibles and payment timing.
